2 months postpartum

My update is that I don’t really have much of a update.

I’ve been pretty bad and over indulging and I’ve only just kicked started healthy habits this week…. it’s only Monday 😂

Mood:

Struggling and have considered seeing someone to talk to which is ok it just means I’m accepting that being a new mum is hard and sometimes the hormones get the better of me.

Routine:

Now that Lorenzo is in a routine I’ve become routine which we all know I love routines! When he sleeps I clean and do my workouts etc. so I definitely feel better and not so all over the place as such anymore.

Fitness:

I have only just got back into the swing of things but I’m definitely putting my all into healthy eating, healthy habits and fitness.
