I’ve decided to meal prep dinners and lunches for the weeks every Sunday. Only for the simple fact that I am a working mother ( full time) and my shifts are 9-5 everyday. Which when I finish work I’m so busy giving my son a bath or getting him ready for bed or feeding him I actually don’t feel like standing in the kitchen cooking dinner when I could have it already pre made.
- Breakfast- protein smoothie
- Lunch – zucchini fritters
- Dinners this week: beef and broccoli stir fry
- Cheese slices
