After the Easter weekend I really really need to kick start my healthy mind healthy life. So I’ve decided to actually do one of these 30 day workout challenges you find on Pinterest.
I thought to myself why not!! I go to gym and this is perfect for me because I’m a busy mum who doesn’t have time to spend an hour everyday at the gym I work full time plus my crazy busy life, but I do have time to go to gym but I never know what to do!
My weight is something I’ve struggled with since high school. I was bullied my whole schooling this effected me in a big way! Ever since then my body has been the yo-yo effect I don’t think I’ve ever stay at one body size before for longer then a year.
But since having Lorenzo my body shape and size definitely changed massively and I haven’t really done anything about it.
But this is all changes now. I don’t want to grow up like this or have my son start these unhealthy habits so it’s stops now.
Today is day one of my 30 day finish challenge and I can’t wait to report back to you guys in 30 days to tell you how I’ve done!
